Selected work

Two UX case studies. Two different business tasks.

Independent concepts for Swedish professional-services firms. Explore the observations, user flows, wireframes and responsive interfaces behind each design. Neither project was commissioned by the firm; user testing and measured business results remain future work.

Audit firm: from credibility to a clear enquiry route

  1. The problem

The original review recorded a fixed-width mobile layout, conflicting history statements and a phone number that was not a link. These observations became requirements for a clearer route to contact.

  2. What I did

I mapped the journey from understanding a service to assessing the team and choosing contact. The case study shows provisional user profiles, retrospective wireframes and the responsive homepage concept.

  3. What exists

A working front-end concept, with a plan to test findability and contact completion. No client launch or increase in enquiries is claimed.

Law firm: task-based routes through a bankruptcy

  1. The problem

People seeking legal advice and people dealing with a bankruptcy have different tasks. The review also recorded a zoom restriction and non-functional share controls.

  2. What I did

I designed separate routes for creditors, former employees and landlords or buyers, with case selection and structured information. The study shows the user flows, wireframes and actual prototype screens.

  3. What exists

An independent interface demonstration. Real receiving and case routing are future implementation work; usability sessions and operational measurement are planned, not completed.
